ConstructionCRM is a CRM and operations platform designed for contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects and consultants. It combines project and pipeline tracking with construction-specific stages, supply-chain mapping, contact management, opportunity tracking and quotation workflows. Field teams can access projects, contacts, actions and calendars through iOS and Android apps, while configurable fields, user-group visibility and pipeline stages support different operating models.

Pricing is handled through a Custom plan with contact-sales purchasing rather than a published paid amount. The plan includes data migration, configuration, onboarding and training, lead intelligence feeds configured to requirements, and local support. The published feature set connects with Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 for email logging and bidirectional calendar synchronization. It also supports lead imports from Barbour ABI and Glenigan, reporting through Power BI, and connections with ERP systems, SharePoint and marketing platforms. These options make the product a stronger fit for firms that already depend on Microsoft tools or construction lead providers and want their CRM configured around existing processes.

The platform’s main distinction is its construction-specific breadth: it covers opportunity pipelines, supply-chain relationships, quotations, approvals, workflow automation, scheduled alerts, dashboards and mobile access in one system. That scope should suit firms managing multiple project participants and formal bid processes. It may be more than a smaller business needs if its requirements are limited to basic contact records, simple sales stages or low-cost CRM access. Buyers should choose ConstructionCRM when configurable construction workflows, lead intelligence and project relationship visibility matter more than transparent self-service pricing; a simpler CRM may be preferable for straightforward contact and pipeline management.
