Our verdict on ConfigBox
ConfigBox is a web-based product configurator and ecommerce application for companies selling complex or made-to-order products online. It supports Joomla, WordPress, Magento and Magento 2, with compatibility rules that show or hide questions and answers based on selections. Real-time pricing can use formulas, measurements and price tables, while 2D previews assemble component images into a visual product view. The platform also covers quotation requests, PDF quotation generation, checkout, order management, payment gateway integrations and multilingual product data. Its self-hosted deployment suits businesses that want configurator functionality embedded in an existing CMS or ecommerce environment.
