Confidesk combines end-to-end encrypted email with private workspace features for individuals and small teams. Mail, files, documents, chats, notes and vault data are encrypted on the user’s device before transmission. Access is available through the web, Windows, macOS, Linux and iOS, making it suitable for people who want private communication alongside storage and collaboration tools rather than a standalone mailbox.
The freemium structure gives buyers a clear path from basic use to more advanced mailbox management. The Trial plan includes mail, files, chat, encrypted mail and key management. The Free plan adds contacts, a contact form and Secure Send. Pro costs $2.99 per month and adds desktop apps, Notes and Documents, auto-replies, defaults and sender blocking.
