Collaboard is an online whiteboard for teams, companies, public administrations and educational institutions. It provides an infinitely large canvas for brainstorming, workshops, meetings, planning, teaching and project work. Core tools include sticky notes, drawing, shapes, connectors, mind maps, flowcharts, tables, documents, images, video and audio. Presentation mode, voting, rating, comments, tasks and guest collaboration extend it beyond a basic sketching canvas. Organizations that need deployment flexibility can choose cloud, private deployment or on-premises hosting options.
The published plans show a clear progression. Free is available at €0 per month and includes up to 3 whiteboards, up to 5 participants per board and access to 200+ templates. Basic costs €5 per user per month and adds unlimited whiteboards, up to 50 participants per board, guest editing without login for up to 20 guests and board export.
