It brings together CRM, member enrollment, agreement management, profiles, billing, payment processing, renewals, class and personal-training scheduling, check-in, point of sale, inventory, digital waivers, reporting, and member mobile access. The platform is available on web, iOS, and Android, with ClubOS ONE presented as an all-in-one option using single sign-on and unified prospect and member profiles.
Its strongest fit is for operators that need a connected workflow from prospect capture through retention. CRM tools cover lead capture, prospect engagement, follow-ups, retention tools, and analytics, while digital guest waivers can create prospect records. Staff can manage classes and personal training with drag-and-drop scheduling and conflict alerts. Members can book classes and appointments through the app, then use it for payments, check-ins, schedules, and announcements.
