ClubExpress is a web-based membership management platform for clubs, associations, nonprofits, and other membership organizations. It combines a membership database and signup wizard with automated renewals, online payments, public and members-only website pages, event registration, communications, and administrative tools. Clubs can also offer forums, documents, photo albums, surveys, blogs, directories, and custom pages with access controlled by member status or type. Its companion mobile app adds channels, chat, direct messaging, events, and notifications.
The published plans are paid and organized by active-member bands, including Up to 200 Members, 201–300 Members, 301–500 Members, and 501–1000 Members. Each listed plan includes a minimum monthly hosting fee, while the pricing information also identifies a separate one-time Basic Setup fee. Payment processing is available through Basic and Premium structures, with different per-transaction rates. ClubExpress states that the platform has no overall member limit, so the listed bands should be viewed as pricing tiers rather than a hard platform maximum.
Its ecosystem fit is focused but practical: ClubExpress supports web, iOS, and Android, and connects with Stripe, QuickBooks for Windows, and QuickBooks Online. The product is a strong match for clubs that want one system spanning membership administration, a gated website, events, communications, payments, and community activity. Organizations seeking a narrow membership database, a simpler pricing model, or fewer community features may prefer a more specialized alternative.
