Researchers define participant counts, compensation, demographic or location requirements, quotas and Census-matched samples, then connect a survey hosted on an external service. Its proprietary respondent pool and recontact tools suit academic, nonprofit, commercial and other teams that need targeted recruitment without building their own panel.
Pricing is project-based rather than a fixed subscription. Project expenses include participant payments and a platform fee documented at 25% for academic and nonprofit researchers and 40% for others. An eligible promotion offers new academic and nonprofit researchers 10 days with no platform fee. Because compensation and audience type affect project expense, buyers should estimate each study separately. This structure fits teams running occasional or varied studies, while organizations seeking a predictable subscription budget may prefer a different model.
