The app supports iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and combines rich-text editing with indentation, checkboxes, automatic numbering, item notes, and drag-and-drop reordering. Users can collapse or expand outline levels, search by outline name or text, and filter checked or unchecked items.
Its freemium structure separates core access from paid feature unlocks. The Free for iPhone and iPad plan includes core outline features, while Unlock Pro Features for iPhone and iPad adds the Pro feature unlock.
