ClientEdge CRM is a cloud-based, web-only real estate CRM for solo agents, small teams, brokerages, and Realtor associations. Its core workspace combines contact and pipeline management with A-B-C client ranking, touch tracking, automated follow-up, property search alerts, goal tracking, analytics, marketing templates, and campaign tools. The FSBO plan adds marketplace access, listing photos, direct agent messaging, market reports, nearby homes, and document storage. For active prospecting and follow-up, the product is aimed at real estate professionals who want calling, messaging, and pipeline workflows in one system.
Published plans show a paid structure with no free plan. Agent Monthly costs $39 per month and includes a private pipeline, unlimited contacts, an AI assistant with voice input, SMS, email, a power dialer, and 95+ solo-agent features. The Team Plan for up to 4 agents costs $79 per month and adds a shared lead pool, round-robin assignment, team dashboards, roles, cross-agent task assignment, and team reports. Team plans also cover up to 7, 12, or 17 agents, while an annual billing option saves 17%.
