ClearEvent combines event registration, ticketing, payments, scheduling, budgeting, communications, exhibitor management, reporting and check-in for conferences, expos, fundraisers, festivals, corporate events and community gatherings. Its separate browser-based Badge Maker imports attendee CSV files, supports text, images, shapes and QR codes, previews records, and exports print-ready PDFs for Avery or custom N-up layouts. Badge examples cover attendee, exhibitor and speaker use cases, while the platform also supports staff-oriented event operations.
The strongest fit is pre-event badge production. The Badge Maker is available free without an account, and the published features include customizable layouts, QR codes, attendee imports and PDF export. The wider platform adds custom registration forms, online and offline ticketing and payments, mobile QR-code check-in, agenda management, budget tracking, dashboards, and integrations with Zapier, Google Analytics 4, webhooks and CRM systems.
