Clear Ground is an AI-assisted employee-relations platform for Australian managers and HR teams handling performance matters, grievances, investigations and wellbeing concerns. Its guided workflows combine recommended steps with templates and a Case Journal, while conversation rehearsal uses AI employee personas and coaching feedback. That makes it relevant to organizations seeking structure for sensitive ER processes, particularly smaller teams that need procedural prompts rather than a broad HR suite.

Investigation work is a notable focus: the eight-phase pipeline spans scoping, evidence planning, interviews, findings and report sign-off, with procedural-fairness gates. Performance packs add recommended pathways, checklists and reviewable artefacts. Templates cover PIPs, warning letters, show-cause letters and grievance responses. Psychosocial risk prompts and records sit within case workflows, and risk zones flag when specialist input may be appropriate.
