Our verdict on CityMall
CityMall is an online shopping marketplace for customers in India, with groceries, fashion, home goods, electronics, beauty products and other categories. It suits shoppers who want to browse several types of physical goods in one app rather than visit category-specific stores. The app is free and available on Android, iOS and web. CityMall is operated by Rashanbox Retail Private Limited, based in Gurugram, Haryana.
Its marketplace breadth is paired with search and filters for category, brand, keyword, price and popularity. Shoppers can purchase and check out in the app, with payment options including UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards, plus cash on delivery. Order tracking includes in-transit updates and notifications, and cashback offers are available after orders. The vendor's website also promotes free delivery, though service depends on location. This combination will appeal to buyers who value a range of payment choices and a way to follow an order after checkout.
The main constraint is geographic: CityMall is available in selected Indian cities, and delivery and product availability vary by location. Returns and refunds are subject to category-specific policies, so shoppers should check the applicable terms before buying. The app is free, with no paid membership or subscription pricing identified in its offer. CityMall is a reasonable fit for people in serviceable cities who want a broad-category marketplace and in-app tracking; it is less suitable for shoppers outside those areas or anyone who prefers uniform return terms across product categories.
