It brings together member profiles, family relationships, departments, pastoral notes, attendance, giving, pastoral follow-up, groups, SMS communication, children’s check-in, reporting, and financial management. Its broad feature set makes it a fit for churches that want one system for administration, ministry coordination, giving, and oversight across multiple branches.
The pricing structure moves from core records to wider operational coverage. The Free plan supports up to 2 team members, 100 member records, 100 MB of storage, pay-as-you-go SMS credits, member management, and attendance tracking. Basic costs $29 per month when billed monthly, or $23 per month billed yearly, and adds up to 10 team members, 1,000 member records, 2 GB of storage, children’s check-in, and small groups. Standard costs $59 monthly, or $47 monthly billed yearly, with up to 25 team members, 5,000 member records, events, reports, analytics, giving, expenses, and payroll.
