ChurchTools is a web-based church management platform for Protestant and Catholic parishes, Free Churches, Christian ministries, and congregations of different sizes. It brings together people records, group management, calendars, event and worship planning, volunteer coordination, check-in, communication, wiki content, accounting, donations, and finance administration. A companion app extends access to groups, events, assignments, chat, posts, and check-in across iOS and Android. It is suited to churches that want administrative and ministry workflows in one system.

Pricing scales across six monthly packages. Package XS costs $39 and covers 100 people, 10 resources, 20 rosters, and one Sync connection, with no additional campuses. Package S costs $59 for 200 people, 15 resources, 30 rosters, and one Sync connection. Package M costs $99 for 500 people, two campuses, 25 resources, 50 rosters, and two Sync connections. Packages L, XL, and XXL cost $159, $249, and $399 per month, respectively, expanding capacity to 1,000, 2,500, and unlimited people. The higher tiers also add campuses, resources, rosters, and Sync connections. A 30-day free trial is available.

ChurchTools is a strong fit when a congregation needs breadth and connections across its existing tools. Integrations include CCLI SongSelect, SongBeamer, OpenSong, ProPresenter, Mailchimp, CleverReach, Mailjet, Nextcloud, LimeSurvey, and others. Its REST API has more than 800 endpoints, supporting deeper integration work. The platform is hosted in Germany and offered in multiple languages. Churches with more than 100 people may need to move beyond the entry package, while SMS requires CM Telecom and provider charges. Smaller congregations seeking a narrower, simpler system may prefer fewer administrative layers.
