ChurchSuite is web-based church management software for churches and charities. It brings contact and member database management, event registration, children’s ministry check-in, small-group administration, volunteer rotas, communications, donations, bookings and member engagement into one system. Churches can also provide member access through the My ChurchSuite portal in a browser or mobile app. Its scope makes it a fit for small churches wanting affordable ministry operations across everyday administration and participation.

Pricing is organised around selected modules and active contacts, with monthly billing. Solo costs $15.50 per month for 0–99 contacts and includes a single-module package with Address Book. Starter costs $33 per month for 0–99 contacts and includes Address Book plus two other modules. Suite costs $56 per month for 0–99 contacts and includes all 10 modules. A 30-day trial provides time to assess the system before committing, while the absence of a free plan keeps the entry point paid. Prices vary by region and currency, and prices may include VAT where applicable.

The strongest case for ChurchSuite is breadth within church operations: event pages, ticketing, registration and sign-up sit alongside check-in, groups, rotas, email and SMS communications, online donations, Gift Aid management, room and resource bookings, and member access. Volunteer rotas include availability, accept/decline and swaps. The trade-off is a narrow listed integration set—Google Calendar and iCal—which may matter to churches seeking a wider ecosystem. Choose ChurchSuite when consolidated ministry administration matters more than extensive integrations; consider another option if broader connectivity is central.
