CheerVue is a cloud and mobile management platform for cheer gyms and related gymnastics programs. It brings together class, practice, event and competition scheduling; athlete rosters; attendance with geo-fence check-in; recurring tuition, invoices, autopay and payment plans; parent and team communication; enrollment; tryouts; team placement; competition travel; reporting; and point of sale. Families, athletes and coaches can use companion iOS and Android apps for schedules, payments, chat, RSVPs and notifications. Its stated company-size fit is small and mid-market gyms.
The pricing structure starts with a genuinely usable Free plan at $0 per month. It includes all platform features, a free family mobile app and up to 40 active athletes. CheerVue Unlimited raises the capacity to unlimited athletes for $50 per month or $420 per year, with every feature included and no per-athlete fees. Gyms should also account for the 1.25% technology fee on payments collected through CheerVue, in addition to standard card processing fees.
