Studio Pro is cloud-based management software for dance studios and other youth-focused programs. Separate mobile experiences support studio staff and teachers, while the Parent Portal handles enrollment, schedules, payments, and events. It is a fit for studios that want parent self-service alongside detailed recital administration.

Essentials costs $49 per month and includes class scheduling and registration, tuition management, payment processing, the Parent Portal App, and recital planning. Premier costs $79 per month and adds Studio Chat, individual user permissions, and Zapier integration.
