Its employee onboarding workflows combine reusable checklists, task assignments, due dates, reminders, enforced task order, conditional logic, file collection, and structured data entry. Teams can coordinate HR, IT, managers, and new hires through dashboards, completion records, recurring checklists, and secure links for external participants. It is best suited to organizations that want configurable onboarding automation without adopting a broader HR suite.
Pricing is straightforward but paid-only. The Business plan costs $10 per user per month with monthly billing, or starts at $9 per user per month with annual billing. It includes unlimited checklists and templates, unlimited free guest users, dynamic assignments and due dates, recurring checklists and notifications, conditional logic, and integrations through Zapier, the REST API, and JSON webhooks.
