Our verdict on Centralize

Centralize is relationship intelligence software for sales and revenue teams that need clearer account context. It maps stakeholders and buying committees, builds org charts from connected business data, identifies contact gaps, surfaces warm introductions, and recommends next actions. Shared account context and strategy planning support collaboration across sales, customer success, leadership, and champions. Its free plan makes the product particularly suitable for small teams exploring relationship intelligence without an upfront subscription.

The pricing structure starts with a Free plan at $0 per month. It includes automatic org charts and account maps, LinkedIn warm connection sync, a Chrome extension, manual contacts, and email and calendar integrations. New signups receive 30 days of Pro with no credit card required, then move to Free if no payment method is added. Pro costs $49 per user per month when billed monthly and adds five Smart accounts, the Centra AI account strategist, MCP access, suggested contacts and org charts, AI priorities, and drafted outreach. Enterprise includes Salesforce integration, call recorder and sequencer integrations, SSO, MFA, and dedicated Slack support, with custom pricing.

Centralize’s platform fit is a major part of its value. It supports web and Chrome, with integrations for Salesforce, Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Notion, Gong, and LinkedIn. The feature set focuses on relationship mapping and account intelligence: stakeholder coverage, multithreading gaps, introductions across the team network, account insights, deal questions for Centra, and Slack notifications for job changes and meeting briefings. Teams should choose Centralize when connected relationship data and shared account planning are priorities. Teams seeking a broader planning system centered on whitespace, objectives, or action tracking may need a different tool.
