CaterCloud is a cloud-based menu management system for catering teams in education, healthcare, hospitality and other food businesses. It brings ingredients, recipes and daily or weekly menus into one workspace, with tools for allergen and sub-allergen tracking, nutrition calculations, recipe and menu costing, and profitability monitoring. Teams can print menus, recipe cards, allergen matrices and compliant food labels, while QR codes share customer-facing dish information. Its focus suits operators responsible for menu accuracy, food compliance and cost control.
Pricing is monthly and starts with a £100 Primary licence holder plan, which includes full access to system features. Additional users up to 20 cost £25 per user per month; users beyond 20 cost £15 per user per month. There is no free plan, but a 30-day trial is available. The structure puts a clear baseline around a core licence and scales user fees down for larger teams. Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to VAT, so budget owners should account for that when comparing the total subscription cost.
