HR teams can create reusable journeys, assign activities by role, team, department or location, and manage documents, meetings, goals, learning, communications and feedback in one mobile-first workflow. Managers, buddies and other stakeholders can receive tasks, while employees move through interactive stories, missions and rewards. The product also includes an AI Buddy for first-line questions, reminders and human escalation.
Pricing is annual and package-based. Essentials costs $1,199 per year for 10 hires, 2 onboarding journeys, 50 active learners and 1 HR administrator, with self-serve setup and standard support. One Product costs $3,839 per year and adds 50 hires, 3 HR administrators, guided implementation and priority support.
