Our verdict on Call Optix
Call Optix is a call analytics and quality-management platform for support teams, contact centers, and BPOs. It transcribes calls with speaker separation, evaluates interactions against configurable QA rubrics, identifies compliance and script-adherence issues, and turns findings into coaching and follow-up workflows. Its fit is strongest for small voice teams that want packaged AI-assisted quality assurance rather than manual call sampling alone.
Published monthly plans start with Starter at $149 per month for Core Intelligence features, AI call analysis, and performance scorecards. Growth costs $599 per month and adds Advanced Intelligence, automated coaching triggers, and rollover minutes. Scale costs $1,499 per month and adds high-volume contact-center support and long-term data retention. Enterprise includes custom analysis volume, unlimited agents, and custom rollover and retention. A 14-day free trial is available, while the Starter plan is limited to five agents. The product’s standout capability is its combination of automated scoring, evidence-based evaluations, human score overrides, and AI-versus-human calibration.
Call Optix connects with voice services including Twilio, RingCentral, Aircall, JustCall, OpenPhone, CallHippo, and MyOperator, alongside CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Freshsales, Dynamics 365, Zendesk Sell, and SugarCRM. It supports web, API, and self-hosted deployment options, and also includes sentiment, predicted CSAT, escalation, and repeat-contact detection. Choose it when voice QA, compliance reviews, and coaching workflows are central requirements. Teams needing broader channel coverage than voice calls should consider a platform designed around multiple interaction channels instead.
