Cadencia review
Usage-based AI automation with strong workflow depth and less-certain channel coverage.

Cadencia is an AI-native CRM for founder-led, scaling, and high-volume revenue teams. It brings customer records, emails, meetings, call transcripts, tasks, and documents into unified customer timelines. The Rhythm Engine prioritizes daily rep actions, while Beats automate inbound, trial, renewal, and expansion follow-up. A unified inbox, searchable customer memory, AI summaries, reply suggestions, pipeline views, and forecasting round out the core workspace. It is most suitable for teams that want AI to coordinate revenue follow-through rather than manage isolated sales activities.
Pricing is based on sales-qualified leads rather than seats. The Startup plan costs $39 per SQL and includes unlimited seats and workspaces, Rhythm Engine, Customer Brain, Beats, Gmail, Outlook, calendar integrations, self-serve setup, and email and chat support. Growth costs $27 per SQL and adds custom SQL definitions per pipeline, team guardrail policies, API and webhook access, Team Rhythm, pipeline health reporting, and priority support. Enterprise costs $19 per SQL and adds SSO, SCIM, data residency, a dedicated environment, a named CSM, and an annual commitment with a volume floor. There is no free plan, so the usage-based model deserves close attention from teams with variable lead volume.
Cadencia’s strongest fit is workflow orchestration across email, calendars, enrichment providers, REST APIs, incoming and outgoing webhooks, and telephony providers. Event-driven workflows support configurable autonomy levels, giving teams control over how much follow-up automation runs independently. The main qualification point is channel breadth: calls, transcripts, and call tasks are part of the product description, but native in-platform calling and a standard multichannel sequence configuration are not clearly established. Choose Cadencia for prioritized work, shared revenue context, and usage-based AI automation; consider an alternative if native calling or fully specified multichannel sequencing is central to the buying decision.
