It brings order management, inventory, warehouse operations, fulfillment, purchasing, accounting, CRM, analytics, and integrations into one platform. Fulfillment teams can manage multi-location inventory, dropshipping, automated order routing, barcode-driven warehouse workflows, shipping execution, returns processing, and stock reintegration. It is suited to established businesses selling across ecommerce, marketplaces, wholesale, B2B, retail POS, and other channels.
Its ecosystem coverage is a central strength. Brightpearl connects with Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Magento, Amazon, eBay, TikTok, Instagram, Wayfair, ManoMano, Wowcher, OnBuy, NuORDER, Joor, and Le New Black. The open REST API supports connections with other retail tools, while real-time inventory synchronization helps coordinate stock across channels.
