Our verdict on OneStock
OneStock is a cloud-based distributed order management system for brands, retailers and B2B merchants. It brings inventory visibility, order sourcing, fulfillment, delivery promises, customer service and returns into one platform. Its operating scope covers ecommerce storefronts, marketplaces, social commerce, B2B platforms and stores, making it a fit for retailers coordinating fulfillment across multiple locations and sales channels.
Pricing is sales-led rather than presented as a standard public price list. The published pricing model is modular, with costs dependent on features, order volume and stock points. OneStock does not offer a free plan for the core product. The Shopify connector is free to install, but it requires a OneStock account and API credentials. This structure is suited to organizations that want a configured fulfillment program and are prepared to discuss requirements with the vendor, rather than teams looking for self-serve pricing.
Its strongest area is breadth across the fulfillment lifecycle. OneStock supports configurable order routing, ship-from-store, buy online and pick up in store, store pick-pack-ship workflows, carrier selection, label generation, tracking synchronization and returns that include refunds, exchanges and return routing. Delivery promises can consider inventory, capacity, routes, carrier schedules and cut-off times.
