It connects to the WhatsApp Cloud API through embedded signup and includes visual flow building, AI agents, broadcasts, message templates and an omnichannel shared inbox. Agents can use assignments, notes, labels and follow-ups, while businesses can automate customer data collection, catalog commerce and appointment workflows. It also supports other messaging channels, making it relevant to teams that want automation and support functions in one platform rather than a WhatsApp-only tool.
The plan structure makes it accessible to teams starting small, while the limits are worth weighing. The Free plan costs $0 forever and includes 100 subscribers, 200K AI tokens per month, 5K message credits per month, a Visual Flow Builder and an Omnichannel Shared Inbox.
