Bid Responder is a web-based platform for vendors and procurement teams managing RFPs, proposals, and sourcing processes. Vendors can import content from PDFs, DOCX files, spreadsheets, URLs, or pasted text, then generate AI-assisted answers from company knowledge and past proposals. Procurement teams can publish RFPs, invite vendors, manage Q&A, receive sealed bids, apply weighted scoring, and evaluate submissions with AI. Team assignments, approvals, role-based access, activity tracking, analytics, and project-level collaboration support shared workflows.
Pricing is straightforward at the first two tiers. Starter costs $29 per month and includes a knowledge base and all export formats. Professional costs $99 per month and adds a full knowledge base and priority support while retaining all export formats. A 14-day Professional trial is available without a credit card. Enterprise has custom pricing and adds custom AI training, API access, dedicated support, SSO, and compliance.
