The free Core plan covers banking and bookkeeping essentials, automated rent collection, reminders and late fees, a tenant portal, auto-pay, and the Baselane mobile app. Smart costs $20 per month with annual billing and adds a 30-day free trial, two-day rent deposits, AI transaction categorization, advanced tagging rules, and priority support. Standard rent-payment processing takes five business days, while Smart provides deposits within two business days.
