Our verdict on Baremetrics
Baremetrics is a cloud-based subscription analytics platform for SaaS companies and other subscription businesses. It brings recurring-revenue metrics, customer activity, lifetime value, ARPU, cohort retention, segmentation, dashboards, and automated reports into one workspace. Solo founders, growing businesses, and larger subscription teams can use it to examine revenue performance, customer behavior, and financial planning through web and API access.
Pricing is organized across three monthly plans. Launch costs $75 per month and includes subscription analytics, trial insights, automated email reports, autogenerated segments, data enrichment, and chat support. Growth costs $255 per month and adds custom dashboards, unlimited segmentation, benchmarks, advanced exports, and goal tracking. Scale costs $1,152 per month and adds scenario planning, budget and expense tracking, an Analytics API, and a dedicated support representative. Payment Recovery and Cancellation Insights are separate add-ons at $129 per month each. The platform also advertises a 35% annual discount.
