BA-ICON is a cloud CRM and workflow platform designed for buyers’ agents. It combines buyer profiles, property sourcing, brief distribution, property matching, client portals and listing-data imports in one system. Its focus suits solo operators and agencies that need structured buyer management alongside Australian property workflows. Branded listing websites, client portals and interest tracking extend the client-facing side, while AML/CTF tools address identity verification, risk scoring and record keeping.
Pricing is centered on the Solo Operator plan at AUD 250 per user per month, billed monthly, plus GST. It includes full CRM access, advanced property matching, client management tools, online training, customer support and software updates. Growing Agency adds enhanced collaboration and centralised client management, while Established Agency adds advanced coordination and centralised client management; pricing for multi-user plans is enquiry-based. The Solo Operator tier states no setup fee, although customised setup and integration can involve a one-time fee. There is no free plan.
The platform’s strongest fit is its property-specific ecosystem. Automatic imports from realestate.com.au, Domain, Allhomes and RealCommercial support sourcing, while integrations with Stash Property, PriceFinder, REI Forms, WhatsApp, Twilio, Xero, DocuSign, Property Insure, Personr, YouTube and Claude broaden its workflow connections. AML dashboards and audit-ready records add a compliance layer that general-purpose CRMs may not provide. However, BA-ICON is web-only, and its narrower feature set leaves less support for mobile work, follow-up and marketing. Choose it when property matching and compliance are central; consider another CRM when mobile access or broader marketing automation is a priority.
