Small teams through larger organizations are listed as fits, though the broad work-management scope is most relevant when teams also need project and task tracking.
The pricing page shows Orbit at $2.88 per user per month with annual billing, and Apex at $6.28 per user per month, also billed annually. Both include meeting, task and project management; Apex adds objectives, project-linked OKRs and an annual performance dashboard.
