Axgenta connects meeting agendas and decisions with the work that follows: action items become tracked tasks, while projects, objectives and performance reporting sit in the same web-based platform. It is aimed at teams that want meeting outcomes assigned and monitored, rather than kept only as notes. Small teams through larger organizations are listed as fits, though the broad work-management scope is most relevant when teams also need project and task tracking.

The pricing page shows Orbit at $2.88 per user per month with annual billing, and Apex at $6.28 per user per month, also billed annually. Both include meeting, task and project management; Apex adds objectives, project-linked OKRs and an annual performance dashboard. Launch is a 15-day trial with meeting, project and task management, AI credit and white-label reports. Galaxy lists all features, unlimited AI credit, unlimited workspaces and storage, SSO, audit logs, dedicated support and an account manager, but no price is stated here. There is no free plan. Teams comparing costs should distinguish the annual prices from a monthly billing commitment.

The notable strength is the link from agenda-first meetings to owned work: tasks can carry deadlines, statuses, tags and reminders, while projects add milestones, subtasks and a Gantt timeline. A permission-aware AI assistant and semantic search support finding information, and shareable white-label reports help communicate progress. The trade-off is ecosystem fit: Axgenta is web-only and has no integrations, so teams that depend on connected meeting or work apps may prefer another tool. Email and documentation are its listed support channels, and GDPR is listed for compliance. Choose Axgenta if structured action tracking and adjacent project management justify a standalone workspace; skip it if integrations or a free ongoing plan are essential.
