AstraDial is a cloud phone system for businesses, hotels and hospitals in India. It connects existing landline, SIM and intercom numbers to cloud-based calling, with IVR menus, call queues, extensions, routing, recordings, logs and live call monitoring. The product suits teams that need structured inbound call handling and visibility into conversations, particularly organizations coordinating departments, reception desks or patient-facing communications.

Pricing is organized around three plans. Astra Basic costs INR 49,900 per year and includes a free 7-day trial, a landline number and fallback to a mobile app. Hospital Premium costs INR 99,900 per year and adds 99.5% uptime, API and CRM integration, dedicated support and everything in Basic. Hospital Max includes 10 concurrent calls, 99.5% uptime, everything in Premium and the ability to connect intercom devices. The plan structure makes Premium the clearest option for organizations that need integration or a defined support layer, while Max is aimed at sites with intercom hardware and concurrent-call requirements.
