Assinafy is a cloud-based electronic-signature service for individuals, businesses, and software companies. It supports uploading or creating documents, adding multiple signers, sending requests by email or SMS, tracking signing activity, downloading completed PDFs, and retaining documents in cloud storage. Its REST API, sandbox and production environments, webhooks, and Postman collection make it especially relevant to teams that want to embed signing into a website, app, or business system. It is less suited to buyers looking primarily for a broad catalog of ready-made integrations.

The API is the product’s clearest differentiator for software teams: it can create, send, and manage documents, with webhook events and JSON responses. On the signing side, teams can set signer order, reuse document templates, review audit reports and signing history, and send documents in batches.
