Our verdict on Asset Infinity

Asset Infinity is an IT asset management platform for organizations tracking hardware, software, licenses, and asset lifecycles from procurement through retirement. Its feature set covers real-time asset tracking, software license renewals, hardware warranties, depreciation, audits, maintenance contracts, helpdesk ticketing, and a user self-service portal. Mobile apps for iOS and Android support scanning with barcode, QR, RFID, and NFC tags, including offline capabilities. It suits teams that need physical verification alongside broader lifecycle control.

The published Standard plan costs $130 per month, billed monthly, for up to 500 assets and items. It includes unlimited users and roles, inventory management, asset audits, and the tracking methods listed above. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. The Enterprise plan uses custom quotes and adds dedicated hosting options, custom integrations, Azure AD or SAML 2.0 single sign-on, and a dedicated account manager. Buyers should compare the Standard cost and asset limit with free or open-source tools before choosing it.

Platform fit is a notable strength for organizations with existing business systems or physical scanning hardware. Asset Infinity lists integrations with SAP ECC & HANA, Oracle EBS, Xero, Azure AD, Okta, OneLogin, NetIQ Access Manager, Zapier, Zoho People, Microsoft Intune, and supported Zebra and Chainway devices. Deployment options include web, mobile, API, and self-hosted access, with hybrid deployment listed for the category. Choose Asset Infinity when mobile audits, offline scanning, lifecycle records, and connected workflows matter together. Choose an alternative when a smaller asset register, a free plan, or lower entry pricing is the priority.
