It supports periodic and scheduled reviews, real-time evaluation workflows, competency-based assessments, employee directories, and mobile performance evaluations through web, iOS, and Android access. Teams that need a focused system for KPI-led employee and project evaluations are the clearest fit.
The published plans show a straightforward paid structure. Evaluations costs $3 per user per month with monthly billing or $2 per user per month with annual billing, covering KPI-based evaluations, 360-degree feedback, AI-driven KPIs and goal setting, mobile apps, and an employee directory. Time Tracking costs $4.50 monthly or $3 annually and adds objectives and key results, project time tracking, project performance evaluations, and project dashboards.
