AssessTEAM is cloud-based performance management software for organizations managing employee evaluations, KPI tracking, goals, OKRs, continuous feedback, 360-degree reviews, and performance reporting. It supports periodic and scheduled reviews, real-time evaluation workflows, competency-based assessments, employee directories, and mobile performance evaluations through web, iOS, and Android access. Teams that need a focused system for KPI-led employee and project evaluations are the clearest fit.

The published plans show a straightforward paid structure. Evaluations costs $3 per user per month with monthly billing or $2 per user per month with annual billing, covering KPI-based evaluations, 360-degree feedback, AI-driven KPIs and goal setting, mobile apps, and an employee directory. Time Tracking costs $4.50 monthly or $3 annually and adds objectives and key results, project time tracking, project performance evaluations, and project dashboards. Profitability costs $6 monthly or $4 annually, adding project profitability analysis, productivity analysis, budget versus cost tracking, and profitability alerts.

AssessTEAM’s breadth is strongest where performance management connects to projects. Integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Okta, Wrike, Zoho, Basecamp, and Zapier support an established business application environment, while competency frameworks, goal alignment, and both periodic and continuous review workflows cover important evaluation needs. The tradeoff is a narrower core performance-management scope: one-on-ones and calibration are not part of the listed category capabilities. Choose AssessTEAM for low-cost KPI evaluations, feedback, goals, and project analytics; teams prioritizing one-on-one management or calibration should consider a product built around those workflows instead.
