Artha brings CRM, double-entry accounting, project tracking and workflow automation into a cloud workspace. Its CRM covers companies, contacts, opportunities, tasks and notes; accounting includes invoicing and financial reports. Teams can also manage projects with Kanban boards, capture leads through forms and create opportunities automatically. That combination suits small teams seeking customizable customer and financial workflows in one place, rather than separate tools for each function.
Customization and automation are central to the product’s scope. Artha offers a custom data model with 22 field types, dashboards, charts and custom queries, alongside a no-code workflow builder with external app connectors. A built-in AI assistant supports search, summaries and record actions. CSV import and export can help move data in and out, while role-based permissions and multiple workspaces provide ways to organize access and work.
