Our verdict on AroFlo
AroFlo is cloud-based job management and field-service software for Australian and New Zealand trade businesses, including HVAC contractors. It brings quoting, estimating, scheduling, technician assignment, job tracking, invoicing, payments, asset records, recurring maintenance, compliance, inventory and reporting into one platform. Office teams can manage customers, work orders and financial data centrally, while technicians access job information through web, iOS and Android workflows. Established HVAC teams that need accounting connectivity and more than basic dispatch should find its scope relevant.
The published plan shows AroFlo at $80 per user per month, billed monthly, with a minimum commitment of three users. The plan includes quoting and job management, timesheets, scheduling, accounting and payments, compliance and safety forms, Gantt-chart project management, inventory and reporting. There is no free plan. This pricing structure is easier to assess for a multi-person operation than for a solo contractor, and the per-user model makes team size an important part of the buying decision.
AroFlo’s main strength is breadth across office, field and customer workflows.
