Appointer is an online appointment scheduling platform for service businesses such as salons, clinics, studios, therapists, tutors and consultants. It gives businesses public booking pages where customers can choose services, team members and available time slots. Teams can configure opening hours, staff availability and appointment approvals, while customers receive confirmation emails. The platform runs on the web and provides API access, with support for English, Dutch and Turkish.
The free Basic plan covers a public booking page, appointment management, opening hours and availability, contacts and services, and email notifications. Enterprise adds appointment reminder emails, two-way Google Calendar synchronization, CSV and Excel import/export, custom branding, appointment handover between team members and priority support. It costs €10 per seat per month when billed monthly, or €99 per seat per year when billed annually. Enterprise Pro includes everything in Enterprise, plus custom seat and usage terms, dedicated onboarding, and priority support with an SLA.
