Apotec CRM is a cloud-delivered patient medication record system for community pharmacies. Its focus is paperless dispensing and shared patient records across branches, making it relevant to pharmacy organisations that need NHS workflows alongside day-to-day dispensing. The product supports per-patient and multi-patient dispensing, prescription-milestone SMS updates, and remote access to outlets through Apotec Go. It is not positioned as a general clinical system; its value is concentrated on community pharmacy operations.
The published subscription is £495 per outlet per month, billed monthly. It includes Apotec CRM, the Apotec Care support suite, HSCN connectivity and Apotec Assured tertiary connectivity; the vendor says prices exclude VAT and subscriptions use short rolling notice periods. Activation is a separate one-time per-outlet charge covering a site survey, security router, secure VPN connection, installation and orientation.
