Its dispensing record management and electronic script queue address prescription workflows, while the Till shares customer transaction and inventory information. The product is positioned for small and mid-market community pharmacy operations that need retail and dispensary functions together.

Platform and ecosystem fit are central to Minfos. The software is available across Windows, iOS and Android, with a mobile app for stocktake, ordering, receiving orders and label queue tasks. Integrations include eRx for electronic prescription transmission, MIMS, third-party EFTPOS and robotic dispense units. Support is offered through email, phone, tickets and documentation, giving pharmacy teams several routes for operational questions.
