Our verdict on Anyplace Control

Anyplace Control is remote desktop software for controlling Windows computers over a local network or the internet. It is designed for home users, system administrators, help desks, and corporate environments that need both attended support and unattended access. Admin and Host modules support mouse and keyboard control, file transfer, clipboard exchange, text and voice chat, and access through firewalls or routers. A Host module can run as a Windows service for unattended access, while one-click access supports attended assistance.

Its plan structure separates connection methods and support use cases. The Basic Plan includes IP-address and computer-ID connections with unlimited admin PCs. The Premium Plan adds the Online Account Connection service while retaining IP-address and computer-ID connections and unlimited admin PCs. The HelpDesk Plan is aimed at help desk and IT support use, with unlimited remote host computers. According to the vendor's pricing page, one Premium license has a suggested price of 49.99 USD, and a 30% discount is advertised through September 26, 2026. Premium pricing includes different lifetime and annual components, so buyers should review the license structure before choosing a plan.
