AmpleCRM is a property-focused CRM for estate agents, letting agents, landlords, vendors, buyers and renters. It brings contacts, properties, viewings, valuation leads, sales and lettings pipelines into one cloud-based web platform. The workflows are aimed at solo agents and small property businesses that need structured follow-up, property matching and reporting without a broad marketing suite.
The Free plan supports 1 user, up to 100 contacts, up to 10 properties and 1 pipeline funnel. It also includes basic CSV contact import and basic viewing reminders. The Starter plan costs $12.99 per month on monthly billing and adds multiple pipeline funnels, property match alerts, follow-up reminders, landlord and vendor reports, lead source reports and multilingual message templates. Across the product, agents can manage sales, lettings, valuations and landlord or vendor funnels, while reports cover lead sources, conversions and demand.
