Our verdict on 360° AP
360° AP brings five accounts payable capabilities into a connected, modular platform: invoice and credit-note automation, supplier statement reconciliation, duplicate payment detection, supplier-query management, and BI reporting. It is designed for finance teams managing enterprise AP environments, particularly those working across multiple entities and needing ERP synchronization. AP Automate extracts data from PDF, Excel, CSV, scanned, and multi-page documents, while configurable approval routing supports review processes before data reaches an ERP or approval workflow.
The modular structure lets teams select capabilities by workflow. AP Assure focuses on supplier duplicate payment detection and prevention, AP Accurate handles supplier statement reconciliation, and AP Automate manages supplier invoices and credit notes. AP Analyze is listed at $100 per month and adds BI dashboards and reports, while AP Assist is listed at $200 per month for supplier query management. The pricing page also shows monthly USD module pricing with some modules priced by volume ranges, so the total cost depends on the selected combination and usage. There is no free plan.
