Pricing is per form and billed annually. Federal e-filing costs $5 per form for 1–24 forms, $4.75 for 25–99, $4.50 for 100–249, $3.50 for 250–499, $3 for 500–999, and $2 for 1,000 or more. The separate listed rates are $8 per 1042 form and $10 per state reconciliation form. Recipient delivery by USPS mail or secure email is supported, but no delivery price is included here.
