A connected lead alone does not prove electricity is reaching the battery. Work through the checks below without opening the unit or using a charger or panel that is not approved for your exact model.
Start by identifying what the station is reporting
Turn on the display, if possible, and note whether it shows an input wattage, charging icon or error code. Record the charging method—wall AC, car/DC or solar—along with the approximate battery level and surrounding temperature. If support is needed, these details help narrow down the charging path.
A station at 100% may stop accepting input as normal protection behavior; Jackery describes this on its AC charging troubleshooting page. A low or fluctuating input reading may instead reflect the source, cable, temperature protection or normal charge taper. Check the exact model’s display guidance before treating a changing number as a fault.
Check the AC outlet, charger and connections
- Confirm that the wall outlet works, using another suitable device if safe and practical.
- Reseat both ends of the charging cable and check the station for an AC charging indicator or input reading.
- Look for visible damage to the cable or charger. If the outlet and cable appear sound but there is still no input indication, try a known-good outlet.
- Use only the supplied charger or a replacement explicitly rated as compatible with the exact power-station model.
A plug that fits is not enough to establish electrical compatibility. Jackery Europe, for example, says its E240 charger is not compatible with the E500 or E1000. Check the model label and manufacturer instructions before substituting a charger; see Jackery’s charging support guidance.

Check temperature protection before trying another source
Portable stations may pause charging when their batteries are too cold or too hot. The permitted range varies by model and battery chemistry, so use the limit in your station’s manual rather than applying a universal temperature rule.
- Jackery’s 2026 temperature guidance lists a charging range of 0–40°C for its NCM products and 0–45°C for its LiFePO₄ products; follow the specifications for your own model: Jackery temperature guidance.
- For the EcoFlow DELTA Pro, the user manual lists a 0–45°C charging range. It says low-temperature charging protection can resume after the battery warms above 5°C (41°F), and high-temperature charging resumes automatically once the battery cools. These are DELTA Pro instructions, not general limits: EcoFlow DELTA Pro manual.
- The BLUETTI AC60P manual identifies E085 as charging temperature too high and E086 as too low, and gives a recommended charging range of 0–40°C for that model: BLUETTI AC60P manual.
If the station is outside its specified range, move it to a dry location within that range and allow it to acclimate. Do not heat or refrigerate the unit, or bypass its protection. If a temperature or battery warning continues after conditions normalize, follow the model’s support instructions rather than attempting an internal repair.

Isolate the charging path without guessing at compatibility
Try another supported input
If AC charging still does not work, you can try car/DC charging only if your model supports it and you have the correct cable and source. Jackery suggests this as a diagnostic check: if the station charges from a car, the original AC charger may be faulty. That result is a clue, not proof that the station or battery is fault-free.
Check solar input specifications
For solar charging, check the manual for the station’s allowed DC input voltage, polarity, connector and panel configuration. The BLUETTI AC60P manual, for example, permits third-party panels with open-circuit voltage from 12–28 V and MC4 connectors, and warns against mixing panel types. Those requirements apply to the AC60P; they must not be assumed to apply to another station. Do not connect a panel just because its connector appears to fit.

Use model-specific error codes and reset instructions
Write down the full code or warning before restarting the unit. Error meanings and reset procedures differ by model: Jackery lists F6 as an AC input abnormality or inverter over-temperature indication in its AC charging checklist, while the BLUETTI AC60P uses E085 and E086 for high and low charging-temperature alerts. Consult the matching manual or manufacturer support page rather than applying another brand’s code meanings.
Jackery Europe’s support article suggests holding the DISPLAY button for 10 seconds for the units covered by that article. This is not a universal reset procedure; use it only if the instructions cover your exact model. A restart should not become a substitute for resolving a repeated warning.

When to stop troubleshooting and contact support
If the manufacturer-recommended restart does not clear a fault or warning, stop repeated charge-and-discharge attempts and contact the manufacturer or authorized service provider. The EcoFlow DELTA Pro manual specifically instructs users to stop using the unit if an LCD warning remains after a restart, and not to charge or discharge it. Do not open the enclosure, replace cells, jump-start the battery pack or bypass its battery-management protections.
When contacting support, provide the model and serial number, the charging method, the display’s input indication, any error code, the adapter indicator if applicable, and the approximate battery level and ambient conditions. Jackery asks for adapter and station input indications when an outlet-charging problem persists, which can help distinguish an AC charger issue from a station-side fault.
