The Oukitel WP200 Pro is a rugged Android 15 5G phone with a detachable rear module that can work as a Bluetooth earpiece or, when fitted into the included wristband, as a smartwatch. That unusual accessory is the phone’s defining feature, alongside a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, a Dimensity 8200 processor, 1TB of storage and an 8,800mAh battery. It is a practical combination for people who will use the module’s call or wrist functions; buyers who already own a watch and earbuds may find it less persuasive.
What is the Oukitel WP200 Pro?
The WP200 Pro is a large, heavy-duty Android smartphone designed for field use, travel and outdoor activities. Its standout feature is a detachable Bluetooth module on the back: use it away from the phone as a one-ear earpiece, or place it in the supplied wristband to wear it as a smartwatch. Oukitel markets the module as a multifunctional Bluetooth earphone; TechRadar describes the earpiece mode as a one-ear device.
The phone runs Android 15 and supports 5G. Oukitel lists a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor, 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The figures below are manufacturer-published specifications; Oukitel does not state a publication year for its specification page.
| Specification | Oukitel-listed figure |
|---|---|
| Display | 6.7-inch AMOLED, 1080 × 2412 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 500 nits typical brightness |
| Processor and software | MediaTek Dimensity 8200, octa-core up to 3.1GHz; Android 15 |
| Memory and storage | 24GB RAM and 1TB storage; advertised memory expansion up to 72GB |
| Cameras | 108MP rear camera, 32MP front camera; rear video recording up to 4K at 30fps |
| Battery and charging | 8,800mAh battery, 45W charging and reverse-charge support |
| Size and weight | 163.6 × 77.85 × 13.7mm; 311g |
How the detachable module works
As a Bluetooth earpiece
Remove the module from the phone and it can connect over Bluetooth for calls and audio. TechRadar characterizes it as a one-ear earpiece, not a stereo pair. That makes it potentially useful for quick calls or keeping one ear open, but it is not a replacement for stereo earbuds if listening to music with both ears is important.

As a wrist-worn smartwatch
Fit the module into the included watch band and it becomes a wrist-worn device with a small display and fitness and health-tracking functions. It offers an option for call access and basic wrist features without carrying a separate watch. Available product information does not establish detailed tracking metrics, battery life in either accessory mode, or how the module compares with a dedicated smartwatch.
Who is likely to find it useful?
- It may suit people who want a quick-call earpiece and a simple wrist display in one accessory.
- It is less compelling if you already have earbuds and a smartwatch you like, or if you need stereo audio.
- TechRadar notes that the included watch strap may not fit larger users, so strap fit is worth checking before relying on wrist use.
Is the WP200 Pro rugged enough for outdoor work?
Oukitel lists IP68 and IP69K protection and specifies immersion in up to 1.5 metres of water for as long as 30 minutes. Its Global storefront also lists MIL-STD-810H. These are manufacturer-stated ratings and claims; the available information does not establish independent laboratory testing. Ratings do not make a phone indestructible, so check the manufacturer’s care and warranty terms before exposing it to water, dust or impacts.

The 311g weight and 13.7mm thickness are meaningful trade-offs for a phone designed around a large battery and rugged construction. Oukitel positions it for hiking, camping, trekking and field work; its 5G support and high-capacity battery also make it relevant to travel. Confirm that the 5G bands supported by the exact regional model match your carrier, since the specifications summarized here do not list band coverage.
What stands out—and what deserves caution?
Performance and capacity
TechRadar praises the combination of the Dimensity 8200, 24GB RAM and 1TB storage in a rugged phone. Those are substantial headline specifications for multitasking and storing large files, though they do not by themselves establish real-world speed, camera quality or long-term software support.

These are specification claims rather than evidence of image quality; no independent camera comparison is established here.
Price and reviewer view
TechRadar reviewer Mark Pickavance called it “a design that stands out as being distinctly alternative.” The review praised the memory and processor combination but flagged the premium price and questioned whether buyers might see the detachable module as a gimmick. That is the reviewer’s assessment, not a universal verdict.

Is the Oukitel WP200 Pro worth considering?
Consider the WP200 Pro if you want a rugged Android phone with a very large battery and storage capacity, and you can see yourself using its detachable module as an earpiece or basic wrist device. Its distinctive design is not automatically a benefit: the 311g body is substantial, the earpiece is one-sided, and the strap may not fit everyone. The strongest reason to choose it is that the unusual module replaces accessories you would otherwise carry—not simply that it is novel.
