Osavul announced an €8.5 million Series A on 1 October 2026, a round led by 33N Ventures that the company says brings its total funding to about €12 million. Balnord, G+D Ventures and existing investor 42CAP also participated. Osavul plans to use the capital to expand its enterprise business and develop its platform; the funding announcement describes intended growth, not results already achieved.
Who invested in Osavul’s €8.5 million round?
Osavul said 33N Ventures led the Series A, joined by Balnord, G+D Ventures and existing investor 42CAP. Tech.eu independently reported the round and investor group, while Balnord confirmed its own participation. The company puts total funding after the round at approximately €12 million.

What does Osavul do?
Osavul describes itself as a hybrid risk intelligence company. Its Nebula platform gathers and processes data from sources including social media, messaging apps, websites, underground communities and emerging platforms. The company says its tools let customers explore and investigate millions of data sources.

Osavul says it combines information, cyber and physical threat signals, then relates them to a customer’s people, facilities and supply chains to help identify hostile intent and anticipate attacks. It describes its assessments as evidence-traced and analyst-reviewed, and says the platform can be deployed on-premises within sovereign infrastructure. These are company descriptions of its product and capabilities, not independently measured performance findings. The company’s current overview is at osavul.cloud.
Why is Osavul targeting enterprises?
The company says the new funding will support further AI development, a larger commercial organisation and expansion into new markets and sectors. Enterprise and critical-infrastructure operators are explicit targets, particularly in areas such as energy, transport and finance. Osavul also says it will continue serving government and defence customers.

That direction broadens the company’s stated market beyond public-sector security buyers. In its funding announcement, co-founder and CEO Dmytro Plieshakov argued that businesses operating energy, airports, ports, transport and finance face adversaries traditionally associated with government threats. This is his characterization in a company-issued quote, not an independently verified assessment of threat prevalence.
What traction has Osavul reported?
Osavul says it serves government, defence and security institutions in more than 10 countries, including the UK, Germany, Poland, the Nordics, the United States and APAC. It also says it is one of three technology companies delivering NATO’s Information Environment Assessment Capability; Tech.eu has reported the NATO connection. That reported participation should not be read as NATO endorsement, and the available accounts do not specify the scope of Osavul’s work.

The funding announcement says Osavul’s total contract value grew fourfold in 2025 and identifies defence industrials, energy, transport and financial services as areas of enterprise traction. The company did not provide an absolute contract-value figure, comparison base or audited measure alongside that claim. Contract value is not the same metric as recognized revenue, so the figure does not establish fourfold revenue growth.

The round gives Osavul capital to pursue product development and commercial expansion, but those plans are not evidence that the expansion has already happened. The company announcement also cites more than 150 state-linked incidents across Europe since 2022. It does not disclose the dataset, methodology or definition of an incident behind that number, so it should be treated as an Osavul-reported figure rather than an independently verified count.
