Oppo Find X10 configurations and China launch prices
Reporting on OPPO’s China online-store listings and the September 22, 2026 China launch identifies four Find X10 memory combinations. The prices below are China launch prices reported by 9to5Google; they are not current worldwide prices or a promise of local pricing.

GSMArena reported the China-store configurations before launch, and 9to5Google reported the same four tiers and their launch prices: GSMArena’s configuration report and 9to5Google’s launch report.
Which Find X10 configuration should you choose?
Choose 12GB/256GB if your storage needs are modest
This is the lowest reported China-market tier. It is the sensible value choice when your photos, videos, apps, games, and offline downloads fit within 256GB. Think about the files you intend to keep on the phone, not just what you use today. The sources do not establish how much capacity is available after system files or how much storage a typical buyer needs.

Choose 12GB/512GB for more room without paying for extra RAM
The 12GB/512GB tier adds storage while keeping the same 12GB of RAM as the base option. Consider it if you keep a substantial photo or video library, large games, or offline media on your phone. The China launch-price difference from 12GB/256GB was CNY 500; compare the current price gap in your market instead of assuming that launch-price difference will carry over.
Choose 16GB/512GB only for a concrete reason to want more RAM
At the same 512GB storage capacity, this configuration raises RAM from 12GB to 16GB. The available sources do not include a controlled comparison showing that the extra 4GB improves everyday performance, so do not pay more on the assumption that it will automatically make the phone faster. It may suit a buyer who specifically values additional memory, but the decision should depend on the local price premium and that buyer’s needs.

Choose 16GB/1TB if you will use the extra storage
This is the largest reported configuration. It is most defensible if you expect to retain a very large amount of local data and want 1TB of listed storage. If your expected use fits within 512GB, the extra capacity may not justify the premium. The China launch price was CNY 1,000 above the 16GB/512GB tier.
Check your market before you order
The reported options are not confirmed as a universal lineup. On September 25, 2026, Gadgets 360 reported UK listings for the standard Find X10 with 12GB RAM and either 256GB or 512GB storage; that report said the UK launch date and price had not yet been announced. It does not establish what is available there now. Check the UK listing report for the dated snapshot.

- Confirm that the listing is for your country and for the standard Find X10.
- Check the exact RAM and storage printed on the seller’s listing and invoice.
- Compare the current local prices of the tiers you are considering; the published figures above are China launch prices only.
- Review the seller, warranty coverage, and return terms before ordering.
A simple way to make the decision
- Estimate how much photos, videos, games, apps, and offline media you intend to keep on the phone.
- If that use fits within 256GB, start with 12GB/256GB. If you want substantially more local storage, compare the 512GB options.
- At 512GB, compare 12GB/512GB with 16GB/512GB based on the actual local price difference and whether you have a specific reason to value extra RAM.
- Consider 16GB/1TB only if you expect to use the larger storage capacity.
- Verify the regional variant, seller, price, and return terms before purchasing.
The reviewed sources do not establish whether the Find X10 supports microSD expansion, so do not assume the storage can be upgraded later.
